Standard Shipping R109Ā - If your order exceeds R1000 your shipping is free!

RETURN POLICY
Once you choose your shipping method and complete your payment you fully accept the return policies terms and conditions.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Products may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 5 days of receiving your parcel. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
If you believe you received a product that is defective, we would like to extend our apology and we will make sure we take care of you immediately. Please email us at info@viperfitsa.co.za and attach a photo of the defective product. Once we receive your return request via email, we will shortly respond to your email and arrange for a courier company to pick up the defective product. Once we receive confirmation that our defective product has been picked up by our courier company, we will ship a new defective free item to you at no extra cost!
MIS-PACKED ORDER:
In the rare case that you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, we are sorry for the mix-up and want to make sure we get you the correct item right away! Please email us at info@viperfit.co.za and also send the details (Style name, Colour, Size) of the product you incorrectly received. We will then arrange for our courier company to collect the incorrect item/s. Once the courier company confirms shipment, we will ship the correct item to you at no extra cost!
INCORRECT SIZE/FIT:
You will be responsible for paying all postage fees on any returns/exchanges to get the items back to us. You are welcome to use any courier company you wish to ship the item/s back to us. The correct item/s must be shipped back by you (at your expense) and you will need to pay an additional fee of R109 in South Africa or R350-R650 for international shipping (outside of South Africa) for the correct sized item/s to be shipped back to you from our warehouse. Please check the size chart provided or if you need assistance with what size you are, please contact us at info@viperfitsa.co.za. Rather contact us and ask for advice on what size you should choose rather than ordering an item and hoping it will fit. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
