Local Delivery
Standard Shipping R109 - If your order exceeds R1000 your shipping is free!
3-5 days delivery in main centers (Orders placed before 12pm)
4-6 days delivery to all other areas (Orders placed before 12pm)
Delivery to your door
We DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes
We do not ship on public holidays and weekends (working days - excludes public holidays and weekends)

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PARCEL?
If your order has not arrived, please make sure you have tracked your parcel with the tracking code we provide in the fulfillment email. Once your order has been packed, processed, and shipped you will receive the fulfillment email. You will only be able to track your parcel in the evening (6/7 p.m.) when the parcel is fulfilled. In your fulfillment email above your products, you will have a VFS tracking code with the courier's company name in brackets next to it. Go onto the courier company's website and use the tracking code you received to get real-time tracking on your parcel. If you can't track your parcel or if the parcel is taking longer than it should to get to you then please contact us.

How to track your parcel - Please follow the steps below to track your parcel:
STEP 1: OPEN YOUR FULFILMENT EMAIL FROM INFO@VIPERFITSA.CO.ZA
STEP 2: LOCATE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER ABOVE YOUR PRODUCTS WITH THE COURIER COMPANY NAME IN BRACKETS
STEP 3: GO ONTO THE TRACKING COMPANY WEBSITE AND TRACK YOUR PARCEL
