SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Fast, reliable delivery across South Africa, delivered straight to your door via The Courier Guy.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping is a flat R125 on all orders. Spend R1,200 or more and your shipping is FREE, anywhere in South Africa.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Western Cape: 1 to 2 business days 

All other provinces: 3 to 5 business days.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.

 

DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR

We deliver to your door via courier. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship on public holidays or weekends. Remote area surcharges may apply; we will contact you if this affects your order.

 

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PARCEL?

Please make sure you have tracked your parcel using the tracking code in your fulfilment email. Once your order has been packed, processed and shipped, you will receive a fulfilment email containing your tracking code and the courier company's name in brackets. Use that code on the courier's website for real-time tracking. If you cannot track your parcel, or it is taking longer than expected, please contact us.

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL

STEP 1: Open your fulfilment email from info@viperfit.co.za

STEP 2: Locate your tracking number above your products, with the courier company name in brackets.

STEP 3: Go to our shipping and tracking page and enter your tracking number to track your parcel.
